Quintivel LLC is committed to ensuring that our website and booking experience are accessible to riders with disabilities. This statement describes the standards we work to, the steps we take, the tools we test against, and how you can reach us for assistance or to report a barrier.
1. Our Commitment
We believe that booking private ground transportation should be equally straightforward for every rider, regardless of ability. We treat digital accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time project: as we ship new pages, new booking flows, and new features, we design and test them so that a rider using a screen reader, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology can complete every step of a booking without needing help.
2. Conformance Target
Quintivel targets substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the widely-adopted international standard maintained by the W3C. We also design with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III in mind for places of public accommodation offered online.
“Substantial conformance” means that most content on this website meets the WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria, while some content may not fully conform where third-party components, live traffic conditions, or legacy content are involved (see Section 5). Where content does not conform, we provide an alternative way to complete the underlying task (see Section 7).
3. How We Support Accessibility
Ongoing measures we take across the website and booking experience:
- Semantic HTML for headings, landmarks, lists, and form fields so that assistive technology can announce structure correctly.
- Keyboard navigation for every interactive element, with a visible focus indicator on links, buttons, form fields, tabs, date pickers, and the booking widget.
- Descriptive labels and error messages on every form input, associated by
for/idpairs and by ARIA attributes where native semantics are insufficient. - Color contrast reviewed against WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds (4.5:1 for body text; 3:1 for large text and non-text UI).
- Alternative text on informative images, and
role="presentation"or empty alt on decorative images so screen readers do not read visual noise. - Respect for reduced-motion preferences — non-essential motion and parallax are disabled when the user has set
prefers-reduced-motion. - Skip links and landmarks to let keyboard users bypass repeated navigation.
- Accessible booking widget — the reservation form is built to receive keyboard focus, announce field labels and validation errors, and allow completion end-to-end without a mouse.
- Training and reviews — the team designing and building the site treats accessibility as a shipping requirement, not a follow-up task.
4. Compatibility With Browsers and Assistive Technology
The Quintivel website is designed to be compatible with recent versions of the following browsers and assistive technologies:
- Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari (current and immediately-previous major versions).
- iOS Safari and Android Chrome (current and immediately-previous major versions).
- Screen readers, including VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, TalkBack on Android, NVDA and JAWS on Windows.
- Speech recognition software, including Dragon NaturallySpeaking and Voice Control on macOS and iOS.
- Screen magnifiers and browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
The website may not perform as expected on browsers that are two or more major versions behind the current release or on browsers that have been end-of-lifed by their maintainer.
5. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may present accessibility barriers. We are actively working to resolve the following known limitations:
- Map controls. Interactive map elements within the booking widget rely on a third-party mapping library. We provide a text-based address input alternative for every place a map is shown so that a map is never the only way to select a location.
- Photographic hero images. Decorative photography on category pages carries brief alt text describing the subject rather than long-form descriptions.
- User-generated content. Any reviews, testimonials, or content submitted by third parties may not fully meet our standards; we work with contributors to improve accessibility over time.
If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please tell us using Section 6.
6. Feedback and Assistance
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Quintivel website and booking experience. If you have difficulty accessing any part of the site, if you need information in an alternative format, or if you would like to report a barrier or make a suggestion, please contact us:
- Email: concierge@quintivel.com with “Accessibility Feedback” in the subject line.
- Phone: (833) 666-2939 — our reservations line is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Postal mail: Quintivel LLC, Attn: Accessibility, 2645 E Osborn Rd, Suite 3, Phoenix, AZ 85016, United States.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within one business day and to respond substantively within five business days.
7. Booking by Phone or Email
A rider who cannot complete a booking through the website — for any reason — can complete the booking with our reservations team by phone or email. Every booking option offered on the website is available through those channels. Fares and cancellation terms are the same whether you book online, by phone, or by email.
8. Formal Complaints
If you have raised an accessibility concern with us and do not feel it has been resolved, you may pursue a formal complaint under applicable state or federal disability-rights law. In the United States, the U.S. Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division administers Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and accepts complaints related to places of public accommodation.
