This Privacy Policy describes how Quintivel LLC (“Quintivel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) — a Domestic Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Arizona, with principal offices at 2645 E Osborn Rd, Suite 3, Phoenix, AZ 85016, United States — collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information in connection with the Quintivel website, the Quintivel platform (including our booking widget, dashboard, CRM, and automation tools), and our managed services (including but not limited to Google Ads campaign management).
1. Personal Information We Collect
We collect personal information from three categories of people: (a) visitors to quintivel.com, (b) subscribers and users of the Quintivel platform, and (c) end customers who interact with our subscribers' Quintivel-powered booking widgets on third-party websites.
Information you provide directly
- Account and contact information: name, business name, email address, phone number, and physical address provided during signup, onboarding, or through our contact forms.
- Billing information: billing name, billing address, and the last four digits of payment cards. Full card numbers are collected and stored solely by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never transmitted to or stored on Quintivel servers.
- Business information: company name, industry, service area, website URL, business hours, and similar details used to configure the platform.
- Communication content: messages you send us via email, chat, support tickets, or forms.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and clickstream data.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 6 below.
Information from end customers (widget users)
When a visitor interacts with a Quintivel-powered booking widget embedded on one of our subscribers' websites, we collect the information that visitor enters into the widget — typically name, phone number, email address, service address, service type requested, and appointment preferences. This information is processed on behalf of our subscriber (the website owner), who is the data controller of that information. Quintivel acts as a data processor.
Information from third parties
- Google: When a subscriber links a Google Ads account to Quintivel, we receive campaign performance data (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend, keyword data, ad copy) through the Google Ads API. See Section 4.
- Service providers: We receive delivery confirmations, engagement data, and error logs from our SMS, email, and payment providers.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Quintivel platform and managed services.
- To create accounts, authenticate users, and secure access.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To send transactional communications (onboarding emails, billing notices, platform alerts, support responses).
- To send marketing communications to subscribers and prospects who have provided consent, with a clear unsubscribe option in every message.
- To deliver our managed advertising service, including creating, managing, and reporting on Google Ads campaigns for subscribers.
- To improve the platform, debug errors, and develop new features.
- To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers (processors) who perform services on our behalf under a data-processing agreement — including Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS delivery), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (database, authentication), Vercel (hosting), and GitHub (source code).
- Google, when subscribers use our managed Google Ads service (see Section 4).
- Our subscribers, who receive the contact details and message content of end customers who complete their Quintivel-powered booking widget.
- Legal and safety disclosures when required by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Quintivel, our users, or others.
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to a successor's commitment to honor this Policy.
4. Google User Data and the Google Ads API
As part of the managed advertising service included in our Growth and Scale subscription tiers, Quintivel integrates with the Google Ads APIto operate Google Ads campaigns on behalf of subscribers who have explicitly linked their Google Ads accounts to Quintivel's Google Ads Manager account.
What Google data we access
- Campaign, ad group, keyword, and ad creative configuration.
- Bid, budget, targeting, and scheduling settings.
- Performance metrics: impressions, clicks, conversions, cost, and related reporting data.
How we use Google data
- To create, manage, optimize, pause, and report on Google Ads campaigns within each subscriber's own linked Google Ads account.
- To surface performance data inside each subscriber's Quintivel dashboard so they can review their own campaigns.
How we do not use Google data
- We do not sell, rent, or license Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data to serve advertising to third parties.
- We do not expose the Google Ads API directly to end users or third parties.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as required to deliver the service requested by the subscriber (for example, displaying performance data inside the Quintivel dashboard) or as required by law.
Quintivel's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. How We Store and Protect Information
Personal information is stored on servers operated by our infrastructure providers — primarily Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Vercel, located in the United States. We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage, session storage) to operate the site and platform, remember preferences, authenticate users, measure usage, and — where permitted — measure advertising performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit functionality of the site and platform.
7. Analytics and Third-Party Services
We use third-party analytics and advertising services that may collect information about your use of the site. These may include Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising pixels. These services use cookies and similar technologies to collect data about how visitors use our site. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

Account information is typically retained for the duration of the subscription plus 24 months; billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements; marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe.

- The right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell.
